The Process

GSSI provides highly trained and specialized geologists to manage geological operations during drilling. A focus on the build and the lateral portion of a horizontal well increases the overall success of the well. GSSI geologists monitor the well 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They correlate the gamma and send out reports to the area or company geologist numerous times during the day. They are in constant communication with the field drilling representatives and the office geological staff to ensure the highest chance of success and mitigate any possible operational issues.

GSSI geologists provide interpretations and recommendations to the service receiver which arms them with the information required to make the most effective decisions regarding the well and its ultimate success. GSSI services can be provided from the offices of the service receiver or the GSSI office.

GSSI takes direction from the service receiver and caters to their needs providing reports and additional information as required. GSSI geologists are an additional resource during drilling which has proven to be invaluable when dealing with such high investment wells and rig volumes.

The Confidentiality

GSSI geologists are all experienced and extremely professional. Each GSSI geologist signs a confidentiality agreement which protects the service receiver’s data and information.
